Recently I had the opportunity to take a trip to Europe with my mom. Being an artist I was told I would find it very inspiring, so I brought my sketchbook and paints and prepared myself for a flurry of creativity. Unfortunately most the inspirational bits happened while we were shuffling through crowds and most of the art happened when I was sitting in public transit or eating. So my sketches don’t exactly catalog the beauties of London or Paris, but I supposed they catalog a beauty of their own kind.
Here are a few from the first day: the back of a man’s head, some people on their cellphones, and N Glower st., which I sketched while trying to eat a very messy sandwich wrap.
